Joshua Jennings-Todd

Culinary trained chef with over 16 years’ experience, over 10 years of that time as a private chef working for very affluent guests in luxury homes, estates, chalets, villas, palaces, 6 star luxury cruise ships and onboard private yachts.

Starting at an early age soon found his talents lying between the chopping board and the stove.  A very passionate and young chef bringing new and fantastic gastronomic ways to his work. A perfectionist and very innovative. Mainly specialising in modern British, French, Italian and Mediterranean food but has an excellent knowledge of worldly cuisines, delivering great flavours with exceptional presentation.
He likes to inspire others and find chefs looking to make a difference. In his spare time, he is constantly looking to explore new styles in cooking.
He has cooked for some very affluent and UHNW clients, including royals at most recently for his work as the personal chef to the Duke and Duchess of Marlborough at Blenheim Palace. He has worked on super yachts around the world for Russian billionaires and other prestigious multi millionaires.
He has worked under some of the best chefs in UK in Michelin starred restaurants including, Gordon Ramsay at Petrus, Heston Blumenthal at The Fat Duck, Michael Caines at Gidleigh Park Hotel, Simon Rogan at L'Enclume, Adam Stokes at Adams, Amisfield Winery in Queenstown, New Zealand.

He is a very passionate and a down to earth individual with a positive sense of humour.  Joshua has spent a lot of his career travelling, cooking in chalets, villas, wineries, pubs, restaurants, hotels and onboard luxury yachts. Along the way gaining a great sense of high quality for all walks of life.

Partner to Joshua, Cassie is involved in the bookings but also as a host for dinner parties, she ensures complete guest satisfaction, helping your every need for your bespoke service even looking after children and animals, she's even a highly-trained hair stylist.
She has managed both spas on luxury cruise liners around the world and busy salons on land with excellent customer service skills. 

Experienced and motivated host for your private villas/homes as a duo, server and chef with Joshua. She thoroughly understands the importance of working as a team - to ensure the highest quality of service to clients.

She is very organised and a hard-working individual with an eye for detail. Very confident and able to communicate effectively with a range of different people in high pressured situations.
